General principles of sustainable prices
Why and how are the prices at C-plus-C sustainably calculated?
A) The daily rates depend on the turnover of the company to be advised and are thus socially and economically sustainable, because both sides must always profit appropriately from a business relationship.
The exact daily rate price for SMEs can be determined by yourself using the diagram or input fields in the section "Concrete prices". (For micro-enterprises, individual agreement based on time and effort is always required).
B) Travel costs are always charged in addition to the daily rates, because this makes it clear what effort and CO2 impact is generated by on-site appointments.

General procedure of sustainability consulting
Which basic steps are completed to and during a consulting assignment?
1. Preparation telephone call (free of charge)
Explanation of the problem situation and possible support by C-plus-C.
2. Initial consultation or preliminary meeting at the company to be advised - minimum 3 hours and maximum 1 day (no daily rate calculation, travel expenses by special agreement if necessary)
Clarification of the specific initial situation and the objectives of the company to be advised. Coordination of the scope and objective of the desired and possible support from C-plus-C. Agreement on any subsidies to be applied for.

3. Preparation of proposal consulting contract by C-plus-C (free of charge)
Arrangement of details on scope, resources used and objective of the consulting and individual agreement on daily rates, assignment times and travel expenses.
4. Signing of contract (if necessary, waiting for funding commitments).
5. Consulting in accordance with the consulting contract and agreed budget.
6. Monthly invoicing of daily rates and travel expenses in accordance with the consultancy contrac.t
7. Final meeting and agreement on possible follow-up measures and/or aftercare.
