According to the LkSG, SMEs in Germany (above a certain size) are obliged to carry out and document an appropriate risk analysis of their suppliers with regard to compliance with human rights and specific environmental rights and to take appropriate measures.

C-plus-C supports you in this risk analysis in accordance with the LkSG using a self-developed tool in order to fulfill the regulatory obligations with efficient use of resources and to keep the real risks in focus with structured processing.

Even though some LkSG requirements regarding documentation and other matters have been withdrawn or postponed as part of the Omnibus Initiative, the responsibility for supply chains remains with SMEs. Forward-thinking SMEs are nevertheless already beginning systematic analysis, as changes to the supply chain often take a significant amount of time.
